Signed event packets fan out from a relay to three endpoints; one fails, bounces back and retries with a growing backoff until it lands. Hover a node to pause and read it.

Run this in any project set up for the shadcn CLI. It copies the Webhook Relay source into your components folder, so the code is yours to change.
