Auto-delete older content on a schedule. Workspace admins can tighten — never loosen — these rules.
Messages older than 90 days will be permanently deleted at the end of each month.
Activity entries older than 180 days will be permanently deleted at the end of each month.
Items in trash older than 30 days will be permanently deleted at the end of each month.
Audit events older than 365 days will be permanently deleted at the end of each month.
This is irreversible. We hold a 30-day grace window so you can change your mind.
